On 25th February 2003 i got to know that Anand had died. He committed suicide. And that call was due since then. On the midnight of 9th June(10th June morning), I was severely ill. I was having cramps in my stomach. And i was not able to sleep. So i slept really late. At around 4:30-5:00am.
As I was
sleeping: I heard my mobile phone ringing. It was loud and clear. I caught hold
of my mobile and saw the screen. It flashed - f!v -(excluding the hyphen) and I
was surprised. I clicked the button to receive the call and I heard Anand's
voice. He said "Chi.......ka(my nickname) Hi (in a happy voice), I am
fine, don't worry about me, you just take care". And all this while I was
repeating Ananad...., Anand...., Anand....you go and meet your wife and sister
and Uncle and Aunty but it got disconnected. There was no dialup tone. Nothing.
It just went blank. It was so real. But suddenly I got up, not with a jerk, but
suddenly and i saw the white wall besides me. And I felt as if I had just talked
to him. I was relaxed and happy to hear his content voice. He seemed to be happy
in his new life. May be happier than he was here. May God bless him.
Was this experience
difficult to express in words?
No
Did you hear the deceased or
hear something associated with the deceased?
Yes
Describe what
you heard, how clearly you heard it and what was communicated:
Yes I heard the voice of my friend
when I was in state of sleep and was about to wakeup.
Did the voice or
sound seem to originate externally or outside of you, inside you, or did you not
hear a voice or sound, but had a sense of knowing what was communicated?
As it was in my sleep state i do
not know whether to call it outside of me or inside but as i think-It was
outside of me.
If you heard a
voice or sound, was it similar or dissimilar from the voice or sound the
deceased made when they were alive?
the voice was exactly the same as
of what it was when He was alive.
Is there any
possibility what you heard was from any other source present in the surroundings
at the time of your experience?
No it could not have been as I
stay in other city with people who don't even know this friend of mine.
Was there any
possible impairment to your hearing at the time of the experience?
I don't think so.
How long did the experience
last?
I am not sure as i was in a state
of sleep and was about to wakeup. But i think it must have been less than two
minutes in sleep.
Was the beginning and end of
the experience gradual or more sudden?
I am again not sure about
the beginning but the end was sudden and i woke up to see a white wall right
besides me.
Could you sense the emotions
or mood of the deceased?
Yes
He was content and happy. Very
Satisfied Indeed.
Did the deceased give you
information you did not previously know?
Not exactly. But He said
don't worry about me, I am OK and you take care.
How do you currently view the
reality of your experience?
Experience was definitely real
Please explain
why you view the reality of your experience as real or not real:
The term Real is very subjective.
What is real for me might not be real for others. But my mind wants to believe
that it was real and so i will let myself believe it.
Was the
experience dream like in any way?
No
It was in a state of sleep but
was not dreamlike as everything was really clear. And i remember each and
everything of it even today.
Describe in detail your
feelings/emotions during the experience:
When i heard his voice i was
really happy. And i was very excited and was again and again telling him that he
should go meet his family as they are still grieving for him so that they feel
relaxed and satisfied that He is OK now and they should not grieve for him
anymore.
Was there any emotional
healing in any way following the experience?
Yes
Before the experience i was
worried about him and after that i was much relaxed to know that he is fine
content and happy in his new life.
What was the best and worst
part of your experience?
Best part of my experience was my
mobile screen flashing - f!v -(as if to say that it for vaishali) and also to
hear him calling out my nickname.
Has your life changed
specifically as a result of your experience?
No
Did the experience give you
any spiritual understandings such as life, death, afterlife, God,
etc.?
Yes
I kind of believe in life after
death and this experience has just added to strengthen my belief.
What emotions did you feel
during the experience?
I woke very relaxed. I was having
sever cramps night before the experience and after the experience i just forgot
all my stomach aches and pains.
Have you shared this
experience with others?
Yes, with my friends here where
i study, but they thought i was going through mental pressure or something and
that as i believe in life after death, so this is my hallucination or just a
dream.
Have you shared this
experience formally or informally with any other researcher or web site?
No
