I was
going to the north side of the building to pick up a trailer to put into a dock
on the south side of the building. I looked over to my leg and saw the
balloon. I watched it hover it did not move up down or sideways for about 1
min. I had to continue working. I picked up the trailer and on my way back to
drop the trailer the balloon was on the rooftop of the building. I continued to
the other side of the building to drop the trailer and the balloon was floating
down to where I was dropping the trailer. I went over and picked it up and the
balloon says Happy Birthday, With Love.
