I
was driving my car to work and had some light instrumental music playing. My
drive was approximately a half hour, but I had only been in my car for about 10
minutes. I am agnostic and used to be religious). I am quite a skeptic, here is my
experience. My identical twin sister passed last year of lung cancer (ALK) it's
very rare, non-smoker, non-drinker and might be estrogen driven. I saw my
identical twin sister Samantha in the passenger's seat of my car next to me (in
my mind's-eye so to speak) and she was mostly there, not quite as in person
would look, but kind of slightly faded/see through, but colored. I just remember
her smiling and placing her hand over my hand which was on the shifter knob in
the middle console (I didn't feel this on my physical skin). She gave me that
solemn smirk she usually would in life almost making sure I was okay. She just
looked relaxed and at peace. Next thing, she wasn't there anymore.
This is the only vision type of experience I've had with her. I have had 2 other
instances where I feel she was speaking to me through a random song I've never
heard before, just shortly after her passing, on Pandora, on a playlist that
doesn't play that type of music, never had before, and hasn't since.
The other instance was me meeting an older woman who had nearly the same type of
tattoos on each same arm as she did, in memory of her mother who also passed of
cancer.
Was this experience difficult to express in words?
No
Did you ONLY sense an awareness of presence of the

my hand
Was the touch familiar or unfamiliar?
I didn't feel it on my physical skin, just saw it.

Love
Is there any possibility what you felt was from any other source present in
the surroundings at the time of your experience?
didn't hear anything.
Did you see the deceased?
Yes
She looked the same as when she was healthy, she looked just like us,
colored, and in clothing. She was just only slightly faded/see through around
the outside of herself.
How clearly did the deceased appear?
See above Question.
How much of the deceased did you see?
All of her, sitting in the seat with her legs crossed.
Did the deceased appear or not appear to be the age at which
they died?
Yes, she appeared as the same age as when she
passed 10 months ago.
How healthy did the deceased appear to be?
She was healthy like she was when she was not sick. She had lung cancer,
distended belly when she passed, yellow skin, and very thin.
Is there any possibility what you saw was from any other
source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?
Not sure what this is asking, I don't think so.
Did you smell a distinct smell, scent, fragrance
or odor associated with the deceased?
No
How long did the experience last?
It lasted only 3
seconds.
Was the beginning and end of the experience gradual or more sudden?
Can't even really describe a beginning or an end, It was odd because I was
completely alert/awake/present and was in my minds-eye and I do not have
daydreams or hallucinations.

Yes
It was peace and love.
Did the deceased give you information you did not previously know?
No.

Not sure, I don't think anyone can be 100% certain.
I can only HOPE it is.
Describe in detail

I felt loved, and happy she reached out to me, if that's truly what it was. I
was so close to her, and it helped me to feel like she was there like I remember
feeling when she was alive.
Was there any emotional healing in any way following the experience?
Yes
I mean, I miss her dearly, so to see her regardless of how, a picture, a
video, a memory, an apparition I'll definitely feel better.
What was the best and worst part of your experience?
Best, seeing her, even just for such a short time.
Worst, having her go.
Has your life changed specifically as a result of
your experience?
Yes

Just in the way of 'I
saw her.' and I never thought I would apart from pictures/videos/memories.
Did you have any
changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?
No
Did the experience give you any spiritual understandings such as life, death, afterlife, God, etc.? No
Death Compacts are when two or more living people promise among themselves that whoever
dies first will try to contact the other(s).
Have you ever made such a compact?
Uncertain
I remember telling her jokingly (since she was religious and I am not, she
knew I was a skeptic) in the car one day when she was diagnosed but still
seemingly healthy -approx 5 months before she passed- that she could come haunt
my ass, but not to be creepy about it, she looked over at me (we were in her
car, and she was driving, at a red-light, ironic??!) and gave me that look of
kind of eye-rolled 'knock it off, but okay, this is serious', I'm unsure how to
respond' so the didn't respond just gave me THAT LOOK. (different from the one I
saw after her passing)
Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your
experience that could be verified later?
No
What emotions did you
feel during the experience?
Excitement, peace, love, curiosity.

No
Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other
special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the
experience?
No
Did you experience a separation of your
consciousness from your body?
Uncertain
Not sure what is meant by this. I would definitely say within my
'minds-eye' I have never had an experience like that where I was fully
conscious, EVEN driving, but felt safe in the 3 seconds it lasted. I had
actually Just merged onto the interstate and then it happened.
Did you meet or see any other beings other than the deceased?
No
Did you see a light?
No
Did any part of your experience seem to occur in a
place other than the location described above?
No
Have you shared this experience with others?
Yes
My best friend, she's very scientific and
believes in ADC, she encouraged me that my sister did in-fact communicate with
me. I told our mother, she thought it was sweet. I told my partner, she liked it
but doesn't really know what it 'was'
Have you shared this experience formally or informally with any other

No
Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life,
medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?
No
Did you ever in your life have a near-death experience, out of body
experience or other spiritual event?
Yes
Was kickboxing after hours in a locked up YMCA building. Gym was upstairs
(I was religious at the time) no one had access to the building except my friend
who worked there. I was 16 years old. We heard a basketball bouncing on the
floors above us, after demanding it to leave in Jesus name, the ball came
whirling down the stairs at us, from what I recall, another ball started
bouncing upstairs so we turned off the lights and ran out of the building. My
friend did seem legitimately frightened (he was a body builder and also not
religious, and a skeptical fellow) (To my knowledge no one else was in the
building as it was pitch black when we got inside and the doors were chain
locked upstairs we had entry to the only other door) We were in the building for
over an hour before it happened. We had heard stories, prior visits there of an
old battlefield and doughboys and other hauntings/sightings had been witnessed
by other people who have worked there.
Did the questions asked and information you
provided accurately and comprehensively describe your experience?
Yes
Please offer any suggestions you may have to
improve this questionnaire.
Maybe, 'would you consider yourself close to the deceased?'
