I went to bed and fell to sleep.  I found myself up above the clouds. The sky was a beautiful blue.  At a distance I saw my deceased father and my deceased God mother.  It looked like they were having a conversation but I didn't see their mouths move.  I did not see legs, only upper torso.  My father looked younger and healthy.  He was tan and had a blue Polo Shirt on.  I was yelling "dad, dad" but no sound was coming out.  My father finally turned and looked at me.  He had a big smile on his face and opened his arms.  He started to float towards me but before he got too close a wonderful golden yellow bright light came towards me from my right side.  The light was bright but not blinding.  It surrounded me and all these wonderful feelings were felt.  Almost impossible to share.  It was as if I was a small child in my mother's arms.  I felt joy, overwhelming love, peace, comfort, happiness...I didn't want to leave the light but I didn't have a choice. I woke up in bed and tried to go back. To this day I try.  The morning after, for an entire week, I was filled with all these wonderful feelings I had in the light.  The world was good. I saw good in everything and everyone.  I hope one day I can feel those feelings again and find that loving light again.

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness?      More consciousness and alertness than normal   I felt I was in heaven, and that light was some kind of being, but it was only a light that surrounded me.
