It
was a little after midnight on March 17, 2024. I was laying in bed silently
praying and crying to Jesus to please let Tommy know how much I loved him and
how I missed him terribly. I was begging Jesus to allow Tommy to come to me in a
dream so I could talk to him or touch him. I had been asking Jesus for this
since I found out Tommy had passed five days prior. This particular night as I
was praying, crying and falling asleep, I think I was in the twilight stage of
falling asleep, I suddenly felt something like the weight of an arm and hand
being laid on my back and left shoulder. (I was lying on my right side in bed)
I felt him lean over and kiss me on my left cheek, much like when you are
kissing someone goodnight as they are sleeping in bed and you are standing up
over and behind them, leaning over towards them.
It was as if I knew it was Tommy and I cried out 'Tommy I love you so
much' and I began to reach for his head with my right arm. I remember wanting to
touch his hair, he had a buzz cut and he used to like me to rub his head and I
liked the feel of his soft hair. As I was reaching I began to wake up, and he
was gone.
