It was early morning, as I am by habit a early morning riser. I enjoy watching the sunrise every morning. Suddenly my husband was in bed with me as many times in the past. I threw my arms around him, and said "Oh, I love so much."  He was young again with the beautiful physique he once had when we met, He told me that He wanted me to know that He loved me. The remaining time will remain with me. When I got up out of my bed, I stood there , saying "that was so real".

Was this experience difficult to express in words?         

No, It was wonderful and marvelous

Did you hear the deceased or hear something associated with the deceased?         

Yes

            Describe what you heard, how clearly you heard it and what was communicated:  

I already described all I intend to . The rest is private, between man and wife.

            Did the voice or sound seem to originate externally or outside of you, inside you, or did you not hear a voice or sound, but had a sense of knowing what was communicated? 

He was there. It was him. I heard him. I saw him. I felt his physical body.

            If you heard a voice or sound, was it similar or dissimilar from the voice or sound the deceased made when they were alive?          

It was his voice, and clear.

            Is there any possibility what you heard was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?          

No

            Was there any possible impairment to your hearing at the time of the experience?  

I have exceptional hearing and eyesight.

Did you feel a touch or experience any physical contact from the deceased?           

Yes

As I said, that is private between a man and wife. We made love as we had always made love.

            Was the touch familiar or unfamiliar?  

Touch was extremely familiar

            Was anything communicated by the touch? 

That he was very capable of making love.

            Is there any possibility what you felt was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience? 

No. I was alone in my apartment before and after this happening.

Did you see the deceased?        

Yes

He was young again. In the physical prime of his life.

            How clearly did the deceased appear?            He was not transparent, If I needed to describe any difference, it would be that there was a golden light emitting from him. His body  was again muscular.

            How much of the deceased did you see?       I saw all of him.

            Did the deceased appear or not appear to be the age at which they died?       He appeared to be about thirty-seven years old.

            How healthy did the deceased appear to be?            He appeared looking amazingly well muscular and healthy.

            Is there any possibility what you saw was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?           No

Did you smell a distinct smell, scent, fragrance or odor associated with the deceased?     

Yes

            What smell, scent, fragrance or odor did you smell?          

Him

            Was the smell, scent, fragrance or odor familiar?    

Yes, it was him.

            Was anything communicated by the smell?  

Yes, it was him.

            Is there any possibility that the smell, scent, fragrance or odor was from any other source present in the surroundings at the time of your experience?       

No. My windows are open year round. I enjoy fresh air.

How long did the experience last?       

My estimate is about one hour or so.

Was the beginning and end of the experience gradual or more sudden?        

The beginning was very tender, very gradual.

Could you sense the emotions or mood of the deceased?          

Yes

Yes. He wanted me to know that he loved me. I already knew that. But he wanted to tell me himself.

Did the deceased give you information you did not previously know? 

I knew that he had passed on.

How do you currently view the reality of your experience?          

Experience was definitely real

            Please explain why you view the reality of your experience as real or not real:         

It was very real and then he was gone.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?  

No

It was very real.

Describe in detail your feelings/emotions during the experience:          

My soul was happy and  relaxed. I also was happy that we got to be together one more time. I was happy that he had contacted me one last time ( for now) He was and is my soul mate. It was awesome.

Was there any emotional healing in any way following the experience?          

Yes

I went through a mild case of grief and loss. When the bank notified me that there was more money in my Bank account I knew. When I talked to Social Security, I was told the day of his estimated death. I gently cried, Because that was final for him on Earth.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?     

The best was he got to tell me himself. The worst is I need to be patient.  I have work to do. But we will be together again. I am looking forward to looking like thirty-five. That was my best year.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?        

No

            Describe:     

I resigned from my position as Treatment Director, because I know as a Counselor that we each and all need to work through our grief and loss, to be able to move on and be a whole person. My Mother also died the same year, and my son had heart surgery. That was enough for me to see that it was time to regroup and move on.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   No

To me, it was absolute proof of life after life on Earth. I always knew that but NOW I have absolute personal proof.

Did the experience give you any spiritual understandings such as life, death, afterlife, God, etc.?           

No

I have been a Believer since a small child. I have seen many miracles during my life, some instant.

Death Compacts are when two or more living people promise among themselves that whoever dies first will try to contact the other(s).  Have you ever made such a compact?       

No

That was a joke between him and me. He always said that he was going to outlive me. I said, that was fine, because I did not want to live without HIM.

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?         

Yes ,

His death was later confirmed.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?           

It was awesome. I individually told my close friends and my adult children. My son Craig, said, "I believe you ,Mom."

Was the experience witnessed or experienced by others?          

No

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?   

Yes

I have always had special knowledge and understanding. That is why I am such a curious creature about almost everything.

Did you become aware of future events?      

Yes, Accurate.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         No ,

I have experienced many psychic events during my life time.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?    

No

I am a morning person. I am and I was alert.

Did you meet or see any other beings other than the deceased?  

No

Did you see a light?          

Yes

As I said there was a glow emitting from him, a golden glow. I have seen "the light", but that was during another event years ago.

Did any part of your experience seem to occur in a place other than the location described above?           

No

Have you shared this experience with others?        

Yes

One friend told me that she had the same experience. My son Craig said "I believe you MOM".

Have you shared this experience formally or informally with any other researcher or web site?  

No

I wouldn't share it now except for the fact that I have already shared with those close to me. People need to know these things, so they can rid themselves of the fear of death. There is no such thing as death. We step out of our former shell and again have our  best self. Life goes on. Jesus said , " In a twinkling of an eye we shall be changed." He also said "do not fear. Have no fear."

The actual experience was wonderful. I am thankful.

Were there any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?            No, None, I do not use medications

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?        

No 

The only substance I take is an occasional aspirin.

Did you ever in your life have a near-death experience, out of body experience or other spiritual event?          

Yes,

Spiritual events happen from time to time.
