It
happened in 1989 in Poland.
I
was 16 at that time.
My
father worked as a cab driver. He used to work during night shifts as it was
better paid off.
At
that winter's night I lied in my bed in the bedroom, when suddenly I felt very
uneasy and experienced a bad premonition that something really wrong happened to
my dad.
There was nothing more unnatural than this very bad feeling.
I
remember I looked at the watch and it was around 22:00 o'clock.
Then I fell asleep.
Later in the night police officers came at my home and my family learned that
our father died in a car accident. He died instantly on the spot, so no medical
rescue action was even undertaken. The accident occurred around 22:00, so the
time agreed with the moment of my premonition.
I
can remember that on the same night, an alarm clock (traditional not electronic
one) suddenly started to ring,
stopped, and later on turned out to be broken.
I
did not see my father, did not hear his voice or had any personal contact. I had
only that very bad premonition.
I
am rational person so for many years I looked for possible explanations. I think
it could be just kind of anxiety attack that randomly correlated with that
terrible accident. Or maybe my mind just made it experience up after the
accident, in order to help me cope with this tragic situation.
I
am not sure. We can be deluded by ourselves.
But there is also possibility, it was a kind of my father's saying farewell to
me and giving my a sing, that there exists something on the other side.
That's why I decided to share my genuine story and hope this testimony will help
to research the boundary of life and death.
