Claudia's
ADC

My friend Doug was intent upon taking his own life and he made that clear to everyone around him. He was a gifted yet extremely troubled, angry, sad person. A week after he committed suicide, he visited me. It was early in the morning and I was between being asleep and awake. I remember standing in a bright white fog. I could see someone walking through the fog toward me.
As he came closer I recognized him, it was Doug. He stopped a couple of feet in front of me and smiled. He seemed so calm and peaceful. I said, "Doug what are you doing here?" Then I said, "You killed yourself." Doug responded, "I know." Then he said, "Claudia I've always loved you." I was confused because he had a girlfriend. I said, "Doug what about your girlfriend Sandra?" He said, "That's a different kind of love." Then he put his arms
around me and hugged me. I abruptly woke up. I looked toward the foot of my bed and could see the figure of a very tall man.( Doug was over 6ft) I quickly closed my eyes again and and kept saying to myself "there's nothing there." When I got up the nerve to open my eyes to look again it was gone. The conversation Douglas and I had vas so vivid that I remember every word as if it happened yesterday. This was no dream.
