I just moved into a new apartment, it was I believe, the third night that I was sleeping there. I was very tired, I was mourning constantly my brother and could not admit that he died. Everywhere I was looking for him waiting for a letter from him. I remember having asked my parents if my brother, before his death, knew that I had to move to Latresne because I feared that he might not find me (as I was convinced that he would come back, that he wasn't dead). My parents replied that "yes" he had known.
Suddenly I woke up, sitting at the right side of the bed, and I saw my brother sitting on the wooden panel that constituted the foot side of the bed (one panel for the head side and one for the foot side). He was exactly as I knew him, wearing jeans, leather jacket, his black curly hair and his big black eyes too, were shining. I don't remember being surprised, what happened was normal. At the same time I saw my husband who was sleeping on my left side, saw the cardboard boxes with clothes that had not yet been put away, saw the wardrobe that had not yet been assembled. My younger brother then talked to me. He explained that he wasn't really gone, that he was fine, that he was happy and that I had to stop crying so much , that I had to continue to live as before, take care of my kids and my husband and that I should consult a doctor, as I was eating almost nothing. I don't know how long this lastet and I don't know if I talked to him. At one moment I was wondering how he could sit on the edge of the panel that was quite thin, maybe 2 inches. I'm certain that he was much higher up than me.
