My
aunty had a stroke and was unconscious in palliative care for a few days. One
morning I was lying in bed awake and dozed off. I had a dream that there was a
whooshing / wind feeling passing from my door to the window and I "knew" it was
her doing the rounds of visiting everyone.
Then my dream changed to the scene of a beach. It was in black and white
- a beautiful beach and my aunty was dancing around happily to the other side of
the beach. As she danced along the beach the black and white changed to full
vibrant color, she was happily dancing "from our black and white world" passing
into "the real world". My phone ringing woke me up and it was her sister calling
to let me know she had just died.
